Luminary silver-blue illustrated world

THE EXPANSION / A PLANNED HORIZON

The vision

A useful daily auction. A foundation for more.

Luminary starts with the closing auction for tokenized stocks. The expansion plan builds outward from repeated use, trusted prints and a predictable calendar.

A FOUNDATION FOR MORE

Build.
Expand.

Begin with a useful daily auction. Grow toward issuer launches, rebalance flows and a public calendar and print feed. Expansion follows real usage.

Index rebalances. Concentrate rebalance flow into one private closing auction.

PLANNED ROADMAP · NOT LIVE FEATURES

Build in sequence.

From the Luminary product and technical documents.
All expansion features are planned.

01 / LUMINARY

Establish the daily call.

The first roadmap stage focuses on daily auctions for leading tokenized stocks, treasury settlement and solvency. The following stage adds RFQ blocks and NAV auctions for funds and ETFs.

02 / LUMINARY

Make the calendar useful.

A later stage proposes an auction calendar API and public print feed for terminals, bots and indices. The product overview also places the LUMI token in a later roadmap stage.

03 / LUMINARY

Grow with real usage.

The expansion document prioritizes index rebalances, then issuer auctions, calendar and print data, an Arc lane, agent mandates and eventually derivatives settlement references.

A CLOSER LOOK

Six directions. One foundation.

01

01 / Index rebalances

Strategy and index vaults could rebalance through the closing auction, concentrating their flow into one private, uniform-price event.

02

02 / Issuer auctions

Tokenized-stock and ETF issuers could use a sealed auction for a primary-market or IPO-day opening print.

03

03 / Calendar and print feed

A proposed public calendar and data feed could give terminals, agents and indices a consistent reference close.

04

04 / The Arc lane

A proposed extension to Arc would use USYC settlement, with StableFX-anchored EURC/USDC auctions at established FX fixing times.

05

05 / Agent mandates

Agents could participate through bounded mandates that submit sealed orders into scheduled calls.

06

06 / Settlement references

If Luminary prints earn sufficient trust and use, future onchain equity derivatives could reference them for settlement. This is a long-term direction, not a current capability.

Assets and prices shown here are illustrative. See Risk & eligibility for the current boundaries.
